Our Staff...
Receptionist / Technician
Hi, I am Jenn. Since March of 2005 I have worked at the Carroll County Veterinary Clinic. Most of the time I work as the receptionist answering the phones, greeting you as you come in and checking you out as you leave. I enjoy my time up front because I get to learn more about you and your pets before your appointment begins. From time to time I also work as a technician. This is exciting and I love the “hands on” helping to care for our patients. Outside of work, I love to spend time with and care for my own animals. My menagerie includes my dog Tango, a chinchilla, two bearded dragons, a small parrot and a cat named Cricket (our diabetic wonder). I look forward to helping you care for your pets.
Communications Officer / Receptionist
Hi, my name is Andie and I have been working at the Carroll County Veterinary Clinic since April of 2000. I love coming to work every day. No two days are the same. In the front office I answer the phones and check our clients in and out. The day after your pet’s visit you can expect a phone call from me to make sure that your pet is doing well and to answer any questions you may have. We can schedule any recheck appointments as needed.
I love all breeds of dogs and cats but I am especially fond of Boxers! All the Boxers in the practice know me and greet me with lots of kisses. CCVC is a family oriented practice and our staff works together as a team to give your pet the very best care. We know everyone’s family members and pets like our own, and we invite you and your pets to be a part of the CCVC family.
Since 2003 I have been married to a wonderful man named Walter. I have two beautiful grown daughters, Dawn and Carrie, who have blessed us with 7 grandchildren: Kendall, Kennedy, Kameron, Haylee, Garrison, Landon and Brynlee. Our family includes a black and white pit bull named Majestic X (01-16-01), a reverse brindle boxer named Yonder (6-10-07), and a red brindle boxer named Stormy (2-10-08). I love spending my free time with my grandchildren and taking care of my dogs. I am sure I will be talking to most of you soon!
Technician / Admin Staff
Hello, my name is Laura and I am one of the technicians here at Carroll County Veterinary Clinic. I have been employed here since November of 2004. The family atmosphere at CCVC makes coming to work just like coming to my second home. I truly enjoy working with all of our clients and their pets. I have been working with animals since 1987 and still love what I do. Every day there is something new or someone new to meet. Along with working as a technician, I also help with administrative duties here in the office.
I am married to a wonderful man and we have four beautiful children together. We also have two full- of-life Border Collies named Sam and Gyr. When I am not here at CCVC I am busy running the children around to all of their after school activities. Camping with my family, reading, and working in the garden are some of the activities I enjoy in my free time. I look forward to meeting you and your pet(s) and helping you care for them.
Technician
I am Crystal Cerreta and I am a technician here at Carroll County Veterinary Clinic. I have been working here since March of 2007 and love every minute of my job. I actually used to work at CCVC before Dr. Wimmer bought the practice and decided to come back because I love it so much. Before beginning my career I took the veterinary assistant course at Carroll Community College. Meeting new clients and pets and maintaining relationships with established clients is so rewarding. Working with new people and animals—it is like having a huge extended family. I look forward to meeting all of our clients and getting to know each of their pets.
At home my family consists of my husband Jake and our two beautiful daughters, Alexis and Ella, who are my pride and joy. We also have many four legged family members. Our dogs are Bugsy Jackson (a 2000 model Labrador Retriever) and Molly (a 2000 model Bichon Frise). Jack and Bauer are our cats that we adopted from a litter of kittens brought into the clinic. In addition we have a rabbit named Ev-ah, a red ear slider turtle named Horton and a Beta fish. As you might imagine, our household is always interesting and entertaining.
Technician
Hi, my name is Sarah M. I am a technician here at Carroll County Veterinary Clinic. I started working at CCVC in September of 2010 but have been working with animals for the last 7 years. I am married with two children and currently working on getting my degree as a Registered Technician. My husband and I have three dogs. Our two pit-bulls are Diesel and Sasha and we have a Boxer named Lexus. Other members of our family are two Macaw parrots: Kimorah and Teco, a ball python and a tank with salt water fish. When I am not working or caring for my many animals, I enjoy scrap booking and spending time at the beach with my family. I look forward to getting to know you and your pet(s).
Animal Care Staff
Hi, my name is Anna and I have been working here at Carroll County Veterinary Clinic since 2007. I am the person behind the scenes who cares for all the animals staying here in the hospital. I make sure all of your furry family members are fed and cared for during their stay. Caring for your pets is only one part of my many responsibilities here but it the most important and favorite part of my job. I am also in charge of keeping the clinic clean, laundry done, the yard outside cleaned up, and whatever else needs doing. I enjoy getting to know your pets during their stays here in the clinic and especially giving them extra love while they are away from home.
I am married and have four wonderful children and four perfect little grandchildren. In addition to my two-legged family, I also have a 17-year-old Himalayan cat named Patty and a 3-year-old spoiled rotten Yorkie named Gracie. I look forward to meeting your four legged family members and spoiling them a bit while they are here.
