Our Veterinarians...

Dr. Lynn Wimmer

In October of 2005 I was fortunate enough to buy this veterinary practice. It is the perfect practice for me! I love working with our wonderful clients, their great pets, and my terrific staff.

In 2000 I graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional School of Veterinary Medicine (VMRCVM) at Virginia Tech. I loved the time I spent at VA Tech, which is located in Blacksburg, VA. The area is beautiful and the vet school is fantastic.

Family is very important to me—I have two beautiful daughters, Abby and Becca. They have spent many hours at the clinic with me as they have grown. Now that they are in school full time they are not at CCVC as often, but they visit frequently and they are very interested in all aspects of caring for pets. My husband, Bob, is the business manager at CCVC. We truly are a family practice.

Our family has many pets. Many of them are rescues from one place or another. We are blessed to share our lives with our three dogs—Suzie Q, a poochin; Woody, a cock-a-poo mix; and Boots, a who-knows-what mix. We also have twelve cats—most of which have taken up residence in our barn, four horses, six ponies, three donkeys, a miniature mule and a small herd of alpacas in addition to our two adorable bunnies.

When I am not working at CCVC or busy with the girls I love to go trail riding and always hope to be able to fit in scrapbooking and crafting too.

Pets are an important part of our family. At CCVC we are dedicated to giving the very best care to your pets in a loving environment. We invite you to come and be a part of our client family.

Dr. Bridget Zepp

Despite being a local resident of Carroll county Maryland and growing up in Westminster, I had the urge to travel and study abroad. First I moved to California to do my undergraduate studies and later to England attending the University of Liverpool Faculty of Veterinary Science, where I received my degree in veterinary medicine. After graduating, I traveled to Australia to work, which gave me great work experiences and memories. In 2007, after many years away, I returned to the states and my home town to be with my family and friends. I joined the Carroll County Veterinary Clinic family in June 2008, I enjoy meeting people and their pets, and I love doing surgery.
